Last Post: A very valid point...for better or worse, there--apost--s almost no such think as a --quote--textbook case--quote-- in surgery...especially at a county hospital--exclaim-- If you can--apost--t think on your feet, you--apost--re hosed. (Or, rather, your patient is--exclaim--) That said, it--apost--s almost funny...residents either love county hospitals or hate them. The ones who love them think on their feet quite nicely...the ones who don--apost--t want textbook.
