Dunno if it's just Montana or a national thing, but the law here is two years - before age 18, partners have to be within 2 years of each other or else it's statutory.

I think I took that a step beyond with my girl once...the clothes that were on the floor for over a month went into the sharing box...never to be seen again. If you want to go even farther, there’s always putting a lock on her door and telling her that if she cannot respect her room then she doesn’t have the right to have one. My girl had a little bit of laundry to do and it was laying on her bed. Well she decided to sleep with the clothes instead of take care of them. A couple days later there were a little more added to the pile and again she slept with them. The cycle continued for a couple of weeks...until her bed was too covered to properly sleep on her bed. So...she had to sleep on the floor using a nap mat until the bed was cleaned off. It took her a week, but she did it. And I don’t remember any more messes of that magnitude on her bed since then. Last Post: I have a dear close friend who had an abortion when she was in Jr High. The babies dad was her father. It took her a really long time to get over the emotional scars from the procedure. We lived in different parts of the State and wrote lots of letters (at least weekly) and spoke on the phone periodically. She to this day regrets not having the child. I already did not believe in abortion based on my belief that life starts at conception. Whether or not it is a parasite I believe it is still alive. My friend’s struggles have only served to solidify my belief. I also believe that those who choose to have abortions need the love and support of the Christian community not its judgment. Sadly this has been a local issue where I live.

Now what if a 12 year old boy sends some sexual naked pics of himself to another 12 year old girl. (And lets say they are BOTH actually 12 and no pedaphiles) Is that legally wrong? considering they are both children participating. Last Post: Being over here across the ocean right now, we are having to deal with soldiers of questionable sexuality. Most of the time, there is no real difference. However, the bottom line line is that living conditions do not normally allow for good morale and discipline when it comes to homosexual soldiers. We do not allow females to live in male tents, nor do we expect females to shower in the same facilities as males. Conversely, males are not allowed in those areas for females. Granted, not every homosexual is checking out every guy in the shower, just like not every guy would look at every girl in the shower. But as long as there is a possibility, a risk, then it is not an option. If we, as Americans, were more open about our sexuality in general, and it was not as taboo as it is, then there would be less of a stigma. But that won--apost--t happen in the next few days. Just my two cents
