But there are also moments when I feel alone and wish for a partner. Last Post: I think I may have found my soulmate. We are sooo incredibly different, yet we fit together so well. I can never make him angry- he is infinitely patient with me. He liked me for 5 years, patiently waiting for me to come around. We tried dating when we were 16 and I coldly broke his heart and lost my best friend for a few months. But he took me back a year and a half later with no hesitation or anger- with just complete forgiveness. That is a soul mate- complete forgiveness and unconditional love. And, even though we are complete opposites on every subject, it still works perfectly.

Last Post: With people I was in love with...I think there was only one before my husband that I truly really loved...and I gave 100%. Things went pretty badly there though...so after that I was very defensive and self-protective. When I first got together with my husband I was still reeling from that...not interested in another relationship...but I liked him so much that I couldn--apost--t resist. It took ages for him to get behind my protective wall...but he thought I was worth the effort and I--apost--m really glad he never gave up.
